Description
Powerful Thermal Surveillance
The Pixfra Vertical Series TPC-AEBF5441-T security camera features an incredibly sensitive 400×300, 17µm, ≤40 mK NETD thermal sensor, spotting even the smallest heat signature and offering exceptional detection ranges.
Widely used in industries exposed to flammable and explosive materials, such as chemical plants, this his hybrid bullet camera uses the thermal channel to measure the temperature with incredible accuracy (±2°C, ±2%) — generating an alarm when it detect an abnormal rise in temperature, and allowing users to locate a potential hazard before it has chance to escalate.
Available in three models, each with a different objective lens configuration (9 mm, 13 mm, 25 mm), this multispectral security camera will achieve impressive detection ranges and generous FOVs.
Detection Range in the Thermal Channel:
- 9 mm: Vehicle: 588 m (1,929.11 ft), Human: 220 m (721.77 ft)
- 13 mm: Vehicle: 1,019 m (3,342.32 ft), Human: 382 m (1,253.26 ft)
- 25 mm: Vehicle: 1,960 m (6,428.80 ft), Human: 735 m (2,411.38 ft)
FOV in the Thermal Channel:
- 9 mm: H: 41°, V: 31°
- 13 mm: H:30.4°, V:22.5°
- 25 mm: H:15.5°, V:11.6
19 levels of digital zoom enables greater levels of image scrutiny, for instances in which objects, persons, or activity require closer inspection. To further enhance this image, 18 colour palettes are available; used to adapt to ever-changing scenarios and environmental conditions.
Crystal-Clear Visible Optics
A powerful 2560×1440 CMOS sensor enables high quality digital optics through the visible channel, with a 4MP camera used to capture high-quality images within the generous FOVs achieved by three objective lens options (4 mm f2.0/6 mm f2.0/8 mm f2.0). Its electronic defog function ensures imagery is always discernible, regardless of weather or environmental conditions.
FOV in the Visible Channel:
- 4 mm: H: 90.1°, V: 48.2°
- 6 mm: H: 56°, V: 30°
- 8 mm: H: 41.3°, V: 23.1°
Explosion-Proof Bodyshell
The Pixfra Vertical Series TPC-AEBF5441-T boasts an explosion-proof bodyshell (certified: II 2G Ex db IIC T6 Gb/II 2D Ex tb IIIC T80 °C Db), withstanding extreme heat and excessive shock/force — making it perfect for use in industrial settings in which volatile materials are handled. Its IP68 certification also makes sure this camera is well-protected against water ingress; ensuring it continues to work effectively in all weather conditions, including torrential rain and in environments with high levels of humidity.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Taking Thermal & Night Vision Outside of the UK.
Thermal imaging and night vision products are strictly controlled by ITAR regulations and are subject to UK Government Export Licensing Regulations. Dependent on specification, a licence may need to be obtained prior to the export, even temporarily (e.g. holiday), from the UK.
Additionally, some countries may be embargoed, and no thermal imagers or night vision devices can be taken or exported to them. It is the responsibility of the exporter, whether it be a company or individual, to ensure that such a licence is obtained.
Failure to comply is a criminal offence.
