Returns Information
Thomas Jacks Ltd is dedicated to providing outstanding customer support for all products purchased from them and their dealers. If the product you have purchased is faulty in any way we suggest that you either contact the dealer you brought the product from or contact Thomas Jacks Ltd so that you can be given the correct guidelines on what to do with the product.
Returned goods will not be accepted without prior authorisation. Please telephone or e-mail for a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA#) prior to returning any goods and ensure this number is quoted on all paperwork and packaging.
If you are sending product back directly to Thomas Jacks Ltd, in order to confirm it is within the warranty period we will require the original or a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice that details the date of purchase. Wherever possible if you are sending faulty product back please try to send it back complete i.e. case, box, manual etc.
When sending the product back it would be helpful if you could send a letter explaining the fault with product to help us confirm the fault. Please also include contact telephone number and the return address you would like the repaired or replaced product going to.
Warranty Information
Different products carry different manufacturer ‘ s warranties. Please refer to the warranty card enclosed with the product for details of the specific warranty. All warranties are limited to the original purchaser and cover manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials only. Normal wear and tear is not covered, nor is damage resulting from, but not limited to, abuse, neglect, accident, improper or inadequate maintenance, battery leakage, use with non approved accessories or altering from original state. Some parts are not covered by warranty. At Thomas Jacks Ltd ‘ s discretion, we will repair or replace the product if it is determined, by us, to be defective. There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Thomas Jacks Ltd shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with product use or performance.
